New samsung requests to add iPhone 5 to certain case



USA, SEOUL: Southern Korea's New samsung Gadgets Co. says it has registered a movement with a U.S. judge to add Apple's iPhone 5 to their continuous certain fight.
Samsung says it registered the movement Thursday with the Florida judge, claiming that Apple's new phone intrudes on eight of its patents.
The two companies are kept in difficult for supremacy in the international smart phone industry, resulting in cases in legal courts across the planet.
Samsung launched a declaration Wednesday saying, "We have always recommended to contend in the market with our impressive products, rather than in courtrooms. However, Apple is constantly on the take competitive lawful actions that will limit industry competitors."
It said it had "little choice but to take the steps necessary to secure our enhancements and ip privileges."
