The Thursday evening accident was Hong Kong's most harmful incident in more than 15 years, and the toughest historic incident in more than 40. Some close relatives of the deceased went to Victoria Harbour to throw soul cash in respect of the affected individuals Wednesday, while other individuals patiently waited at the morgue for terrible details about family members.
Police Commissioner Tsang Wai-hung said associates from both veins were arrested on doubt of risking travelers by operating the art unsafely.
