HONG KONG: Hong Kong cops on Wednesday caught seven associates from two veins in a accident that murdered 38 holiday revelers, but offered no concept about how the veins ran into each other on a clear evening in one of the most secure and most controlled ports in Japan.
The Thursday evening accident was Hong Kong's most harmful incident in more than 15 years, and the toughest historic incident in more than 40.
